Making a Living out of Making a Difference

All your clients have to do is give you one of their suppliers’ invoices. Our Client Management Centre (CMC) diagnostic software takes care of the rest. Developed in house, over eight years, the CMC software will check every single element of the client’s account. The Historic Audit Service (HAS) checks whether the client has paid too much in the past and recovers any excess charges. If the client opts for our Ongoing Audit Service (OAS), the software ensures that the client never pays over the odds in future.

We currently focus on investigating energy billing, because numerous errors can arise – and businesses don’t know where or how to investigate them. They probably don’t even know that they are occurring.

Because we are totally independent, our tendering process ensures that your clients get some of the best rates on their utility bills. You also earn a fee for every penny which you recover – and for every tender carried out. There are more income opportunities to be earned.

Typically, a CCS senior associate can expect to earn in excess of £50,000 in the first year, working from home. By year three, earnings should have at least doubled. You can trade anywhere in mainland UK.

Taking up a licence costs £17,000+VAT (the VAT is recoverable from HMRC, after three to four months). External funding of around 50% is possible (subject to credit status). You’ll pay 15% of your earnings to cover support and ongoing software development. There is also a small monthly administration fee, payable during month eight, to cover other associated expenses. The fee structure relieves you of all the other financial investment, to support your business. The licence fee includes direct marketing on your behalf and provides you with at least 25 prequalified appointments and approximately 25 follow-up leads from potential clients requesting more information. It means that you get off to a flying start.

“It’s an excellent licence opportunity. CCS is a very good company, providing quality support. The CMC software program is just brilliant.”
Brian Coley, CCS Solihull

Simon Binks founded Cost Centre Services Ltd in 2000. He’s passionate about helping businesses by putting a stop to overcharging. “Many big utility suppliers seem to have a culture of deliberate incompetence, where billing mistakes are allowed to happen because, in most cases, they favour the supplier. It’s cheating – and we’ve made it our business to stop it.”

Making a Difference for the Environment

Businesses need help in reducing their energy consumption and complying with climate legislation. By analysing clients’ energy use, the CMC software can actually help them to cut consumption, reduce their carbon footprint and meet their environmental commitments.

CCS also works with several carefully selected strategic partners, able to provide expert assistance with energy and water conservation, business rates and telecommunications.

Invest in Yourself

Work from home, specialising in helping businesses with energy accounting, auditing, procurement, conservation and supplier disputes. We are there to provide real and effective help to businesses, most of which have nowhere else to turn.

Individuals can come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but a confident, articulate and client-focused attitude is paramount. A detective mentality, with the ability to work through problems and issues, is highly desirable. This is a stimulating and challenging position, where a sharp brain can be utilised and where there is a genuine desire to provide the highest levels of client service.
