Cost Centre Services created the Client Management Centre (CMC) software in response to the number of ongoing billing and administrative errors made by energy suppliers. In blunt terms, it ‘looks after your back’.
Managing your business’s energy account can be expensive, time consuming, protracted and extremely frustrating. So outsourcing the verification of your energy account makes good business sense and provides peace of mind. Especially if the service is, essentially, free.
As well as assisting cash flow and billing accuracy, the CMC highlights the number of kWhs (and thus CO2) being used in any given period and makes comparisons with previous periods. Simple yet effective tools within the system will eventually allow SME clients to monitor and control their energy usage.
A web-based Client Management Centre, accessible by our clients* 24/7, is launching soon. It incorporates a number of new and innovative features including the ability to view account statements and review expenditure against pre-determined targets.
